King Crimson revisit their remarkable 2014 American tour with a double Blu-ray release featuring all 19 concerts and previously unseen footage

King Crimson – 2014 (The Complete US Tour)
Format: 2 × Blu-ray
Label: DGM / Panegyric
Release date: October 30, 2026
King Crimson’s return to the stage in September 2014 marked the beginning of a new chapter in the band’s history. After six years without live performances, Robert Fripp assembled an unusual seven-piece line-up featuring three drummers positioned at the front of the stage.
On October 30, 2026, DGM/Panegyric releases ‘2014 (The Complete US Tour)’, a double Blu-ray collection documenting all 19 concerts from that American tour. Rather than presenting selected highlights, the release preserves the complete series of performances, offering a detailed record of the band’s return.
The 2014 line-up brought together Robert Fripp on guitar, Jakko Jakszyk on guitar and vocals, Tony Levin on bass and Chapman Stick, and Mel Collins on saxophones and flute. Pat Mastelotto, Gavin Harrison and Bill Rieflin formed the three-drummer arrangement that became a defining feature of this incarnation of King Crimson.
The concerts featured material from different periods of the band’s catalogue, including Pictures Of A City, Sailor’s Tale, Larks’ Tongues In Aspic Part I, Starless, Level Five and The ConstruKction Of Light.
All 19 concerts are presented in 24-bit/96kHz high-resolution stereo, using the original front-of-house live mixes derived from the band’s multitrack recordings. These recordings retain the sound of the audience and concert halls rather than being reconstructed as conventional live album mixes.
The first Blu-ray also includes previously unseen HD video footage from the band’s opening friends-and-family performance at The Egg in Albany, New York, synchronised with the concert audio.
The two discs are housed in a miniature gatefold sleeve accompanied by a 24-page booklet featuring new liner notes by King Crimson biographer Sid Smith.
With ‘2014 (The Complete US Tour)’, DGM/Panegyric documents the opening chapter of King Crimson’s final extended period of live activity, preserving the performances that introduced this distinctive seven-piece formation.
