Maiah Wynne – Into The Waves
Format: CD / Digital
Label: Kscope
Release date: September 25, 2026
Released on September 25, 2026, ‘Into The Waves’ is written, self-produced and largely recorded by Maiah Wynne. The album took shape during a period that included her first international tour, a move across the world, a return to education and the building of a new life after years of isolation.
Many of the recordings were made on the road in hotel rooms using a laptop, with Wynne playing more than a dozen instruments. Mixing and additional production were handled by Justin Abel, while Alan Douches mastered the album.
The record features contributions from cellist Bethany Joyce, violinist Avelyn Reynolds, guitarist Brooks Berg, drummers Adam Brzycki and Randy Cooke, flugelhorn player Henry Sheppard and Alex Lifeson. Lifeson contributes guitar to six tracks, further connecting Wynne’s solo work with her role in Envy of None.
The album includes the previously released singles Breathe and See The Water, alongside Another Step, featuring Dan Avidan.
