Robin Trower’s Live album, originally released in March 1976, is one of the best live guitar albums of the seventies. Now, seeing that this iconic album is fifty years old, you can enjoy an anniversary edition featuring nineteen tracks, some original 1975 mixes and some 2026 remixes.
This is the legendary Stockholm concert at full-length glory indeed, as it is the concert in its entirety, meaning twelve awesome tracks – the original album only featured seven tracks! Songs that you can enjoy which were not on the original album are: Day Of The Eagle, Bridge Of Sighs, Gonna Be More Suspicious, Fine Day and Confessin’ Midnight.
Robin Trower (guitar), James Dewar (bass, vocals) and Bill Lordan (drums) really shine on this amazing album, and the sound of this anniversary edition is really superb indeed.
So, enjoy, classic Trower tracks like Too Rolling Stoned, Daydream or I Can’t Wait Much Longer, where Trower really shines as a more than brilliant guitar picker; his solos are really second to none, leaving you as a listener flabbergasted for sure.
For guitar lovers/addicts/aficionados this is a MUST have album indeed, play it LOUD and you will be hooked for weeks!!
