Canadian rock band The Damn Truth have released ‘Killer Whale’, a track originally featured on their self-titled 2025 album. The single is taken from ‘The Damn Truth (Deluxe Edition)’, which is scheduled for worldwide release on September 11, 2026 via Frontiers Music Srl.
Produced by Bob Rock (Metallica, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith) ‘Killer Whale’ grew from a guitar riff and was recorded at The Warehouse Studios in Vancouver. According to the band, the song is not about heartbreak but about what remains after the noise has disappeared. The track has also become a regular part of The Damn Truth’s live set.
The new single arrives as the band prepare for an extensive touring period across the UK, Europe and Canada, including appearances on Europe’s The Final Countdown – 40th Anniversary Tour.
