Format: Digital / Stream
Label: Independent
Release date: October 23, 2026
The song addresses the challenge of staying grounded amid the pace and distractions of life on the road. Frontman Chris Medhurst describes it as a reflection of the band’s current situation, combining rock-and-roll swagger with lyrics about losing sight of what matters while constantly moving forward.
Guitarist Ross Hayes Citrullo highlights the contribution of Kevin Shirley, who mixed the single. Known for his work with The Black Crowes, Joanne Shaw Taylor and Joe Bonamassa, Shirley brings his experience with guitar-driven rock to the track. According to Citrullo, the mix preserves the energy of a live band while giving the guitars, Hammond organ, rhythm section and vocals a powerful production.
‘Lost In The Highlights’ follows the earlier singles Just Watch Me and Runnin’ Blind.
