American guitarist Lee Ritenour will release his new live album ‘Live at Ronnie Scott’s’ on October 23, 2026, through The Players Club / Artone Label Group. Available on CD, vinyl and digitally, the recording captures performances from an eight-show residency at London’s Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in March 2026.

Ritenour’s career has taken him from the jazz fusion scene of the 1970s through pop crossover, Brazilian jazz and his work with the supergroup Fourplay. His extensive recording history also includes collaborations with artists such as B.B. King, Steely Dan and Quincy Jones.

For these London performances, Ritenour brought together a group of musicians whose different backgrounds contribute to fresh arrangements of material from across his catalogue. The repertoire includes familiar compositions, Brazilian influences, jazz standards and more recent work.

Joining Ritenour are Giorgi Mikadze on keyboards, Munir Hossn on bass and vocals, Grégoire Maret on harmonica, Tatiana Parra on vocals and his son Wes Ritenour on drums.

The performances feature material including Is It You?, A Little Bumpin’, Lay It Down and Stone Flower, the latter composed by Antônio Carlos Jobim. The programme also includes For the Palms, written by Ritenour following the Los Angeles wildfires.

Mixed by Don Murray, ‘Live at Ronnie Scott’s’ documents a period in which Ritenour continues to revisit his musical history while working with a younger generation of musicians.
