The Hague-based Americana and indie-folk group Yellofox will release their third album ‘The Secret of Being Kind’ on October 30, 2026.

With ‘The Secret of Being Kind’, Yellofox explores a theme that runs throughout the album: showing kindness to yourself and to others. Singer and guitarist Marc Mosmans and singer/cellist Jorieke de Vet form the creative core of the six-piece band.
The new single Maybe Tomorrow, released ahead of the album, combines a danceable pop approach with melancholy and hope. Earlier singles Taste For More and Slow The Sun have already been released.
Yellofox moves between Americana, folk and indie folk, drawing on influences including the folk-pop of Paul Simon, the music of Ocie Elliott, and the bluegrass and folk of Watchhouse. The band also incorporates a distinctive West Coast atmosphere reminiscent of the 1970s. Producer Martijn Groeneveld, known for his work with artists including Blaudzun and Tangarine, handled the production.
‘The Secret of Being Kind’ follows ‘For the Dreamers’, released in 2023. Yellofox will present the new album during a release show at PAARD in The Hague on October 30.
