With a steadily growing and proven audience across Europe, Jeffrey Halford returns this fall for his ninth European tour, alongside the release of ‘Used Parts’ — his most direct and emotionally resonant album to date
Set for release later this year, ‘Used Parts’ finds Halford leaning further into soul while remaining firmly grounded in Americana, blues, and rock. At the center of the record is the title track — a stark meditation on self-repair. Rather than leaning on the idea of reinvention, Halford explores something more grounded: the reality of rebuilding a life with whatever remains.
What’s special about this record is I locked into a character that’s part me, part everybody else,” says Halford. We’re all getting beat up by the struggle, just trying to come out on the winning end. That thread runs through the whole album—and it feels pretty true to the times we’re living in.”
That sense of lived experience carries through the album’s sound and collaborations. Contributions from his children, Aaron and Hannah Halford, add a subtle emotional layer, while players such as Tom Heyman (Alejandro Escovedo, Chuck Prophet) and Myron Dove (Santana, Gatemouth Brown) bring depth, restraint, and musical character to the recordings.
With ‘Used Parts,’ Halford distills a universal tension — not starting over, but continuing on. It’s a record shaped by time, imperfection, and endurance, delivered with a voice that has gained weight and clarity over the years.
Over the past decade, Halford has quietly built a strong and loyal following across Europe, particularly within the club and theatre circuit. His consistent return to the continent — now for the ninth time — reflects a rare and genuine connection with European audiences. The previous album’s No.1 position on the Euro-Americana Chart further underlines that momentum.
On stage, Jeffrey Halford & The Healers are known for performances that balance intimacy and band-driven dynamics — moving naturally between restrained storytelling and full-bodied arrangements. The deeper soul influence in the new material adds an extra layer of tension and release to the live show.
Rather than chasing trends, Halford’s career has evolved organically — shaped by the road, by craft, and by a clear artistic identity. Used Parts captures an artist at a point where experience and expression meet without compromise.
