The title is a deliberate nod to his first major release, Code Name: Jumper. While Munyon is a prolific underground artist originally from Newport, Rhode Island (currently based in Alabama), he is particularly well-known in Europe.
This release aims to capture the “intensity and evocative power” of his early live performances.
The album features Munyon performing solo with voice and guitar. It includes live versions of songs from his acclaimed debut album, Code Name: Jumper (1993), such as “Me And This Old Suitcase”.
