The Vermont-born Grace Potter brings out her seventh studio album called ‘Trespasser’, featuring ten new songs.

Potter’s endearing voice, soulful and bluesy as well, makes this album a must have one; that means if you already are familiar with and liked her other albums.

Main Street U.S.A. is the opening track of ‘Trespasser’, and it is catchy and very rhythmic indeed, while follow up Ride Or Die features a big band sound and backing choirs galore. Run Baby Run is slightly dominated by keys and drums, while Love Me Not, the album’s lead single, is a 100% pop hit. The title track is a goth folk track, while Belong is a wonderful acoustic-led, emotional song.

Potter almost perfectly blends roots rock with country music and unbridled rock and roll, making ‘Trespasser’ a milestone in Potter’s career. It is also Potter’s most eclectic record to date, deepening her musical legacy with wonderful songs like War On The Mountain and Main Street U.S.A.

‘Trespasser’ is a warm “laid back” album and Potter’s best without doubt!
