Sheryl Crow’s new single ‘Freedom Bus’, from her album Pick You Up released on August 14, 2026 via Old Green Barn Productions Inc.
‘Freedom Bus’ introduces Sheryl Crow’s forthcoming seven-track album Pick You Up, which will be released on October 9, 2026. The song was written by Crow and longtime collaborator Jeff Trott and features Jesse Welles.
The song addresses freedom, equality and the importance of being able to disagree while maintaining a dialogue. Crow says she does not take freedom lightly because it has been secured through the sacrifices of others throughout history.
She describes ‘Pick You Up’ as a collection of songs reflecting on being human and the desire for connection in a time of chaos. The album is intended to offer a sense of hope through its songs.
