British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Greg Coulson announces the release of his exciting new live album, ‘LIVE AT PEGGY’S SKYLIGHT’—a vibrant recording of one of his most powerful performances to date
Recorded at the renowned jazz club Peggy’s Skylight in Nottingham, the album captures Greg and his band, Mat Day(guitar), Sam Round(drums/producer), and John Thompson (bass), at full throttle: soulful vocals, tight grooves, daring improvisation, and the unmistakable tone of his vintage Wurlitzer 200A and Hammond organ. The sold-out show showcases Greg’s ability to blur the lines between blues, soul, jazz, and classic funk, delivering songs with both technical finesse and emotional sincerity.
Greg is already known throughout Europe as a dynamic performer and also tours internationally as the newest keyboardist for Morcheeba, bringing his signature sound to major festivals and venues worldwide.
Alongside his solo career, Greg continues to write and produce from his creative home in Northampton, Foundry Street Studio, where he develops a distinctive style rooted in groove and storytelling.
